Usage Guide SprayEz Wands

Before choosing a wand, make sure your airless spray machine will support the G.P.M. (gallons per minute) required for the wand to work properly. There is a chart below to help determine the G.P.M. you will need for the wand you choose.

G.P.M.

Wand-1 needs .48 gpm

Wand-2 needs .76 gpm

Wand-3 needs .94 gpm

Wand-4 needs 1.41 gpm

G.P.M. can also vary on the size orifice and that brand of paint sprayer you use.

For best result

Make sure you clean airless sprayer before use. Strain materials need to be sprayed. Run materials through machine, hose and wand, apply tip guards and tips. Start spraying in a vertical pattern. Keeping the same distance from the surface. Pressure may be needed to be adjusted according to how tips are spraying.

Tip

Use a single gun to spray small and tight areas. Use your wand to fill in large areas.
